Sitting Pretty in the Park

This lovely park with its greening trees sits between the Four Seasons Hotel and the Danube. A wonderful place to watch the world from.

Beautiful monument. What is it for? And who are the statues of? Inquiring minds want to know:)

Most big european statues are covered in pigeons ... but not this one!

Must confess that didn't pay much attention to this one; it was almost sunset and rather misty my last time there... But looks great in your picture!

What, a statue and no pigeons? How do they do that? It truly is beautiful...gives one hope of spring. And since we are under a winter storm warning for snow tonoc...I needed some inspiration!!! Thanks Cathy

Sitting pretty indeed.

I love the patina on the statues. It looks like a beautiful park to sit and enjoy a sunny afternoon.
