Folk Art

In a separate area reserved for the folk art, there were small shops where artists demonstrated their craft and sold samples of their ware.

Rug weaving, candle making, pottery, textile coloring are just some of the items on display.

I always enjoy looking at the work artisans have for sale. They work so hard, usually for too little money...here in Canada, anyway.

Hi Isadora, I'm back again after an illness and short stay in the hospital. I've missed you all and hope that my return is my regular so I can see great photos such as these. Folk art is a wonderful artistic craft!

I like those small shops probably full of colorful and interesting handmaids’. Nice place for exhibition of various crafts. It is also a nice way of self-expression which by the way can help to artists to make some money from their sales.

Really interesting, Isadora.
I also enjoy the expositions of the antique dealers in the little streets of the villages.

I love these places too Isadora. I admire the crafts and handiwork and the talent and beautiful artistry that goes into each item. Neat photos again.
