Doors and Doorways Series
Perhaps once a week I will show you some interesting doorways from around town. More than that would be boring - but here is a spectacular sample to start off with. You've seen the details of this wooden door in an earlier post, well here is the 'rest of the picture'.
Absolutely love walking through those doors at least twice each day - my office is located in the building.

There are so many beautiful and interesting details on this photo. This really is beautiful photo and wonderful architecture.
You are lucky of having an office in a similar palace. Speaking the thruth it's a wonderful door in a wonderful building.
The rest is also elaborate.
The door is beautiful and the details on the façade are delightful. I wish Boston had more of that... (And we are a little low on the stunning-door department, as well...)
Very lucky to work there!
i love doors and doorways so for me it would not be boring ... hahaha
budapest is so lucky to have so many great buildings and you are lucky to have such a cool work place .
Isadora, ornate doesn't come close to describing those wonderful doors. Wow. I would be in awe every day when I walked through. Wonderful.
Thanks,
Wayne
Sorry for having taken so much time to come back here, but these last weeks have been awful. And the future is not promising, but Ill try to be get some time to enjoy your posts…
Lucky to enter such beautiful doors every week day! But the Opera and New York Palace are also lovely buildings...
Beautiful! Lucky you to get to work in such a building. You'll have to show us more of your building in the future:)
These are beautiful! I don't think it would be boring at all if you showed more. :)
This is an entrance to an office building? How lucky you are.
Beautiful entry!, 'm looking forward to more doors!
Thank you all for coming by. I'm so glad that you like the idea of doorways - I'll confess that this was the most spectacular of the ones coming up, but I am proud of it so it was presented first.
Yes, I do feel that I'm lucky also - but then so are we all. It is a pleasure to visit the other blogs and see the wonderful places I may never otherwise get to know about and then Fenix's posts of a place I so dearly love.
What a fantastic door and doorway. Like you, I love doorways. This one is particularly fabulous.
thanks for commenting on Menton DP. I left a sort of answer to your question - there.
