Let There be Light

It was a rainy day and the afternoon was getting almost dark so when I passed this window, I began to dig for my camera. Hope you enjoy it despite it not being completely clear. (Substituted the original, somewhat blurry photo with these, however, now there is a reflection with sunshine :) and looses that cozy affect.)

Yes, nice!
"Your" city reminds me a lot of "My" city in Germany: Wiesbaden.

It is a chandelier store and let me tell you - I drool when I see what they have for sale. Dream on. My apartment would display it beautifully as the living room is 400 sq feet with 12 foot ceilings - but I would have to be adopted by someone who could pay for it. :)

Gudl - Yes, I suspect Wiesbaden would look very similar :) When was the last time you were there? The next time you visit, hop on a Wizz Air budget flight for Budapest.

And where is my comment? The one where I said that I thought that East European chandeliers are the very best and asked how much one of those beauties are going for now in your city? I just can't be forgetting to click publish that often??? Sigh.

You had to dig for your camera? I thought it was always attached to your hand. :) I like how the light brightens up the gray building.

I would say we are having the same weather. And when everything is dark and grey outside in this gloomy weather something like that can turn my mood for the better. Looking at that photos make me feeling warmer and more comfortable.

Made that seemingly dreary day "shine"! Thank you

The light from the chandelier really pops in this photo because of the gray colors around it.

Very nicely done, Isadora.

The light in this picture is awesome. The chandelier in the window almost looks like the fire in a fireplace.

It's quite a chandellier, or is it several fixtures?

Anyway, its a nice window to look at.

Oh, yes, I like it very much. The contrast between the walls, the windows, and the objects in the windows is very interesting.
